Vacancy: Payroll Clerk

Job Description The incumbent will be responsible for filing, updating and compiling of masterdata of employees on SAP, assisting with wages and seasonal / temporary staff and KRONOS time and attendance system. The incumbent must also assist with administration and compliance of the Medical Aid and Pension Fund rules and regulations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities General filing and administration within the Department Update and maintain Employee Master Data on SAP
Liaise, ensure compliance and general administration with company smart partners (Medical Aid, Provident Fund and so forth)
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist with Wages & Benefits of Temporary staff
Administer reconciliations & payments
Resolve queries
Administer data uploads on KRONOS Time & Attendance system
File and update HR & Payroll Filing system – ensure all relevant paperwork is correctly filed in Employee files
Skills, Experience & Education Human Resources or related Diploma
At least 2 years’ experience in Payroll administration
Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accounting (pass)
Excellent Administration, Interpersonal, Planning & Organizing skills
Good Verbal & Written Communication skills in English (fluency in one or more indigenous languages will be an added advantage)
Excellent Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (SAP experience will be a distinct advantage)
Excellent financial acumen
KRONOS experience will be a definite advantage
Demonstrate ability to work under pressure
Namibian citizenship
Code BE driver’s license will be an advantage
