The Brighter Side Of Life

SingleBeing single has it perks lets face it there’s a lot of things that are avoided when you’re not seeing anybody. Relationships have their ups and downs, more downs than ups actually you have to fight insecurities about you and you’re partner, when the phone rings or a text is received you ask yourself who’s making your baby smile or checking up on her when she’s right there with you. Thing is we all human and jealousy is spawned by the lil things especially when your partner has a history. There are things that are avoidable all that is up to you, no1 controls your happiness even though you’ve put so much heart to the person that’s how human nature works more so when you’re in love. Being single is another term for loneliness, not reporting to anyone about your where abouts, saving money (the guys like this more) having no excuse for not picking up you’re phone or explaining who called and what the call was about( jealous partners do that) and last not least not taking a bath and looking good for someone else. LMAO. There are people who do that not for personal hygiene but for their partners.

Let’s not lie ladies we do go an extra mile for our partners. As hard as it is keeping up with the day to day happenings of our partners we want to know what, how, why, where and what they doing every minute it’s more dreading when you have your baby on your BBM or WhatsApp, some even pay for their BIS just to keep an eye on them*yawn* personally I think its totally sexy for your partner to be jealous but there’s just reach that point of been to possessive you know what I’m talking about… the late night calls just to hear the background if their sleeping or not like they said, wulala the stalker, single people avoid such which lessens the baggage of having to deal with someone’s insecurities, they don’t even have to watch what they say. After the honeymoon stage the veil is lifted I tell ya! I’ve learned not to judge my single friends and their monogamous ways heck sometime I wish I was them but I wouldn’t trade my relationship for anything, starting afresh or not dating is just as much work as dating someone, its all up to you whether you want to or don’t, either way I’ve weighed my options and it goes without saying that both relationships statuses are hard! Its only weight off your shoulders when you’ve found the right partner, thing is some people will never know because they haven’t had the staying power because it just got too much. Reason is they take things lightly, yes no one wants an emotional burdening partner its just up to a person if they willing to make it work long term or short term. Don’t waste you’re time trying to find love by correcting wrongs that belong to some body else, you can’t fix another person but you can fix you. Just compromise it goes a long way.
