The graduate trainee Program is designed for a period 24 Months. On the Job Training
As a graduate trainee, you will learn on the job, support the implementation, delivery and continuous improvement of products and services within defined area as directed? You will also learn to accomplish relevant tasks through practical experience, to support course of academic study and/or enhance personal employment opportunities. As a graduate Trainee you will also participate in formal training in order to develop personal and leadership skills.
As a graduate Trainee you will participate in projects and this will enable you to deliver to the requirement of assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period.
· Experience the operations of an international company and profit from individually targeted possibilities.
· Contribute actively to establish a broad network within ABB and develop your strengths with the help of regular feedback on your performance and clearly established
· Value other skills, including: assignments that you get to select, and where you are fully integrated into the team.
· Assignments include sales, project management, operations management, lean manufacturing and many more.
Ideally you will hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering – newly graduated, complemented your innovative and creative mindset. You should be Inquisitive, open-minded, and be able to participate in a team environment coupled with your skills in being highly adaptable and flexible to different styles of leadership and situations
