Appointment requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification 
Relevant experience in general office administration 
Valid Code B Driver’s license
Computer literate (Word, Excel and SAP)

Duties: Perform administrative functions 
Ensure effective and efficient logistical support services 
Administer and monitor the financial management support in order to ensure that the finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
Provide a secretariat service
Ensure effective and efficient control of procurement and payments
