Funeral Details of Eusebius McKaiser Released. A few days ago, he was remembered in a moving memorial service. Those who took the podium spoke highly of the late Eusebius McKaiser, who passed away on the 30th of May.

The memorial service was held in Parktown, Johannesburg, a week after his sudden death. The well-known broadcaster, author and political analyst was described as an intellectual rock star, irreplaceable and one of the greatest teachers in South Africa by various speakers.

McKaiser, died after an epileptic seizure, at the age of 44. The death came as a shock, since he was active on Twitter, on the day. One of his closest friends Redi Thlabi, told mourners of the illness that eventually took her friend.

She said: “He bore this illness with courage and fortitude but he kept it away from you because he wanted you to treat him as an equal. To come to him with all that robust energy and engage him without feeling sorry for him.“

The late McKaiser’s family has just released his funeral service details. He will be laid to rest this Saturday, 10th of June. The service will also be live streamed for those who can’t make it in person.
