Vacancy: Office Administrator
A well-established company requires the above to handle various office administration internally. A well-established company requires the above to be responsible for:
- Responsible for processing and capturing all documentation and general information ensuring that all information is captured correctly as required.
- Ensuring copies of the documentation are done correctly, being linked to the in-house system.
- Maintaining in house-spread sheets and databases with necessary information that may be documented.
- Working closely with the sales and marketing team regarding various administration documentation and queries that need to be done from time to time.
- Typing of various documents on a daily basis.
- Liaising with internal staff regarding the correct information that is needed on documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a Matric.
- Excellent English written and spoken communication skills are essential.
- Must be attention to detail.
- Computer Literacy – Microsoft Office knowledge is essential.
- Must have own, reliable transport.
