“Real Blood, Real Tears Have Gone Into the Making of My Latest Offering,” Nambitha Ben-Mazwi. Two weeks ago, she announced her return to the small screen. Now Nambitha Ben-Mazwi is back with another update.
The award winning actress is starring in her first lead role in a Showmax Original in Empini. The highly anticipated 52-episode series is set in the dangerous world of the private security industry. Nambitha plays, Ndoni Themba, show she describes as a deeply troubled private security bodyguard in search of answers. She stars opposite three-time SAFTA winner Siyabonga Thwala, who plays her mentor, Khaya Bhodoza. Bhodoza is a prominent businessman and political stalwart.
Nambitha also shared the trailer of the high-stakes, action-packed drama series. She mentions that it really went down during shooting with real blood, sweat and tears. Nambitha is also grateful for the opportunity, and credits is all to God.
