Hlomu Series Creator Dudu Busani-Dube Hints Another Book. It looks like readers are in for another thrill. Author of the popular Hlomu series of self-published novels, Dudu Busani-Dube has just hinted that another book might be on the way.
Her books, Hlomu the Wife, Zandile the Resolute, Naledi his Love, Iqunga and Mess, have sold tens of thousands of copies, and are getting popular by the day. The Hlomu Series is centered around the lives of eight Zulu brothers, a formidable crime family from Greytown, KZN. The series tells love stories through the eyes of the wives who fall in love with the tall, dark and dangerous brothers.
Last year, the Hlomu Series inspired the hit Showmax telenovela, The Wife, which is now on its second season. The 120 episodes have been split evenly between the first three novels, with the first 40 episodes focusing on Hlomu and her tumultuous relationship with Mqhele.
Dudu did mention a few months ago that a sixth and final installment of the series coming up. The End is the book to look out for with more drama. The talented author has once again let it out that she is penning another book to wrap up the series.
