Wiseman Mncube Shows Off His Impressive Award Collection. The actor graduated with a diploma in Drama at Durban University of Technology back in 2011. Ever since his graduation, Wiseman Mncube has grown to become one of the most sought after actors in the country.
The award winning actor and producer currently plays Sibonelo, one of the most captivating characters in SABC 1’s leading drama series, Uzalo. Mncube has acted on several theatre productions and TV dramas. His work has earned him quite a number of accolades, showing he is one of the best among his peers.
Mncube won several awards for his work back at the Play House Theatre in Durban. His play The Weeping Candle won the Best Production and Best Script Awards at Khaya Multi-Art Centre in KwaMashu during the isiGcawu Festival in November 2012. He also bagged three NAF (National Arts Festival) awards in Grahamstown in 2014
The actor recently bagged a SAFTA for Best Actor in a TV Drama for his role as Jama in another drama series. Mncube shared a picture of his awards, to show he has what it takes as an actor.
