Here Is Why MacG Doesn’t Want to Be Dragged Into Conversations About DJ Sumbody’s Death. We never thought this day will come. The king of controversy MacG has just distanced himself from discussions about DJ Sumbody’s death, shocking many of his fans and followers.
On Podcast and Chill with MacG, no topic is off limits. They have taken on almost every celebrity from your Thando Thabethe, Minnie Dlamini, DJ Maphorisa to Cassper Nyovest. Although the podcast is mainly about entertainment, they also discuss deep issues like politics, sexual orientation and so forth. The hosts MacG, Sol Phenduka and Ghost Lady never leave any stone unturned.
It was kind of shocking though, when MacG refrained from taking part on a burning issue, on the latest episode of Podcast and Chill. Sol was keen on the team discussing what could have caused DJ Sumbody’s death. The award winning musician and entrepreneur was shot a week ago on his way to a gig. It is believed to have been a hit by so many people, something that Sol and Ghost Lady agreed with.
MacG on the other hand didn’t want to get involved, not even for the sake of the podcast. He said it looked like some kind of underground Mafia stuff. When his co-hosts asked him to elaborate MacG vehemently refused to take part.
“I choose my battles wisely…this is the first time I say f*ck the podcast….I still wana smoke weed and chat to my son,” MacG said.
