Hope Mbhele Bids Farewell to Her Character on Shaka iLembe. She is one of the prominent characters in Shaka iLembe. Hope Mbhele plays Baleka, who was a healer for the Mthethwa King Jobe and later King Makhasana of the Mabhudu.
The passionate Baleka, was a young scientist. Filled with determination and fierce independence, she dedicated her life to healing and the direction of the ancestors, bringing comfort to those in need. She believed in the importance of pursuing her own dreams and aspirations, regardless of societal expectations.
Mbhele has been carrying the role so well, and this has made her cement her role as one of the best actors currently in the country. Sadly even great things do eventually come to an end. Mbhele has just share a cryptic message, which many have translated to as her leaving the drama series.
