“I’m Not Nigerian, I’m Tsonga,” Nicholas Nkuna. Talk about setting matters straight! For those who don’t know, Nicholas Nkuna hails from Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. The talented actor musician took to Twitter to remind everyone out there his roots.

From his tweets, it seems like some people thought Nicholas is from Nigeria. He didn’t really clarify who said what, but Nicholas, pointed out that he is proud Tsonga man, contrary to what some belief.

“I’m not Nigerian ,I’m Tsonga – from Mpumalanga. Are we good Now?- Aight. But you can still believe what you want to,” he said.

Nicholas is well known for playing the recurring role of Sakhile on SABC1 soap opera Skeem Saam. Among other roles he also plays Fikani in the popular serial 7de Laan.
