Vacancy: Part Sales Representative

JOB PURPOSE

  • To ensure professional and effective service delivery to clients
  • To ensure the effective stock management in the warehouse
  • To ensure the attainment of sales targets
  • To ensure the effective administration of the relevant function
  • Adhere to all reasonable requests from management

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  1. Sell parts to customers, directly and telephonically
  2. Do daily perpetual stock takes
  3. To ensure that all parts and relevant stock is well managed, locked up and safe
  4. Manage the goods in transit (GIT) as per procedures
  5. Handle the front desk service, customer queries, ordering and complaints professionally
  6. Issue parts to technicians
  7. Develop service improvement initiatives (in conjunction with Part Manager)
  8. Develop sales targets in conjunction with Parts Manager
  9. Develop Strategies on meeting and exceeding sales targets
  10. Ensure effective administration of all sales, client details, orders etc.
  11. Provide accurate monthly information to the Parts Manager
  12. Effectively make use of all necessary electronic methods of communicating (i.e. MS OFFICE) Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to
  13. Participating in stock take and general administration functions
 
Education

  • Two to Three years’ experience in Parts
  • Computer Literacy
  • Embrace Financial System an advantage
