Toll A$$ Mo Reportedly Wins Rape Case and Threatens to Sue Some Celebs. After not making news for some time, he is back on trending topics. Well, this is because Mongezi “Tol A$$ Mo” Ngcobondwane has reportedly come out victorious on rape charges that were leveled against him.
It goes without saying that sexual abuse cases are really high in this country, and no one is exempted. In June 2020, Lerato Moloi took to social media to speak about her own traumatic experiences of sexual harassment. The model ans actress named comedian Tol A$$ Mo as the perpetrator. After refusing to take down the tweet Lerato was arrested.
The matter has been in court since, and the judgement finally came out on 16 August 2022. Tol A$$ Mo has been fully acquitted, according to a statement issued out by Specialized Security Services, who represent him and his family on legal issues.
Toll A$$ Mo has now filed charges of defamation of character and civil charges with regards to total legal costs incurred and comprehensive loss of income due to the accusations. The award winning comedian, TV personality and reality show star has also come after some celebs who supported Lerato when she laid the charges.
Among the celebrities Toll A$$ Mo has threatened is Penny Lebyane. He took to Twitter saying he is expecting an apology from Penny in a day’s time, or else hell will break loose. Toll A$$ Mo also came after Samkelo Ndlovu with the same threat he gave Penny. Well, since there is no apology from the ladies, we remain to see how the matter will unfold.
