Amanda du-Pont On How She Copes With Playing The Crazy Lelo. She plays the character s well, you would think it’s her real personality. On the real though, Lelo is a far cry from Amanda du-Pont. The actress and brand ambassador is regarded sweet and humble by those who know her better.
In an Metro FM interview, DJ Fresh asked Amanda how she manages to play a character such as conniving as Lelo. She admitted its’ not easy having to play the character. So before shooting Amanda goes through some program to calm herself.
It is quite evident that she takes her craft seriously. At the moment Amanda is promoting her new series Shadows. She plays Ashley on the Netflix original series, which made it’s debut on 8 March. It’s synopsis read: “After being struck by lightning, a young man emerges from the shadows to become Jozi’s hero.
