Introduction
Aveng Manufacturing Lennings Rail Services seeks to employ the services of an individual that will be responsible for general reception duties and switchboard.

Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 or equivalent

Experience
• 2 – 3 years’ experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Computer literacy
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Excellent written and communication skills

Job Specification
• Receive incoming telephone calls and attend to frontline reception
• Ordering of office and site stationery and furniture
• Balancing and checking of all stationery
