Thuthuka Mthembu Applauded for Her Impressive Hosting Skills. Sometimes you just need that one opportunity to show off your capabilities. Thuthuka Mthembu did just that when got a presenting gig at the South African Music Awards (SAMAs) over the weekend.
Not many did not know what to expect when the talented actress was announced as the SAMAs red carpet co-host. Although that was the case, they were really happy for Thuthuka, and couldn’t wait to see her do her thing. She held it down perfectly well with another phenomenal actress and TV personality Hope Mbhele.
Two years ago, Thuthuka was trending on social media, dragged by haters. She was slammed for allegedly not being good in English. There were even articles that she was fired from her job as a lead actress on Uzalo, for broken English. Thuthuka, did not respond to the allegation, and even to date, she still plays her role as Nonka on the SABC1 drama series.
Over the weekend, she won the respect of many, on how well she executed her hosting skills. Not only did Thuthuka looked absolutely stunning, she also killed it as a host. She was confident, articulate and did great interviews. She is now trending as social media users giver her her well deserved flowers. Hopefully there will be more gigs of this sort for Thuthuka to show off this other amazing side of her.
