Gabrielle Union Welcomes Baby Girl Via Surrogate. Congratulations are in order for Gabrielle Union and her husband Dwayne Wade. The couple have welcomed a baby girl on Wednesday. The actress took to Instagram on Thursday to share the great news.
Gabrielle also disclosed that the child was born November 7 via surrogate. “We are sleepless and delirious but so excited to share that our miracle baby arrived last night via surrogate and 11/7 will forever be etched in our hearts as the most loveliest of all the lovely days,” she wrote

Union and Wade have been married since 2014. This is their first child together. Wade has three children from previous relationships.
