The only thing that sets him apart from other former cast members is that Loyiso MacDonald left the hit Mzansi Magic telenovela on good terms. MacDonald exited the show to pursue other acting roles.
The award winning actor played the role of Kagiso Khoza on the Queen for a good five years. Born from privilege, Kagiso studied to become a pilot, but always somehow found himself involved in the illegal family business of dealing with drugs. With his experience from the army, and airport connections, Kagiso was able to make sure that the business runs smoothly without hiccups.
Although his departure saddened his fans, MacDonald has not bowed out completely from the acting scene. He went back to his former lover, theatre.
