PRIME PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To assist with the Phyto data process.

KEY RESULT AREAS

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Document retrieval from electronic and physical filing system
  • Filing of documents (intakes and dispatches)
  • Verify physical documents (intake and dispatches) against electronic reports
  • Record keeping of assigned tasks

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Matric or equivalent
  • Administration Diploma would be advantageous
  • Computer literacy – experience in MS Office [Word, Excel]
  • Knowledge of EDI system advantageous
  • Experience in process driven performance advantageous

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • Knowledge of administration
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible with time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
