Moja Love TV Channel Parts Ways With Xolani Khumalo

Moja Love TV Channel Parts Ways With Xolani Khumalo. The channel is very well known for its controversial content. Shows such as Uyajola 9/9, You Promised to Marry Me, Pay Papgeld, Mamazala, Re A Tsotella and many more are forever trending on social media.

Earlier this year, we got introduced to another hit show, Sizok’thola, a crime-busting reality show. Xolani Khumalo was the front-man and presenter of the first season of the show. Together with his team, they took matters into their own hands by cracking down on crime and drugs dealers. After identifying the perpetrators, they hand them over to the police. Sizok’thola hard stance on drugs and crime got endorsed by Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi, who also launched his own anti-drug campaign against nyaope.

Some of the viewers though feel that Khumalo and his crew somehow go physical on the alleged drug dealers. They reason that normally the dealers are stubborn at the beginning, but after the show returns from adverts, they are cooperative. This has them concluding that the guys are beaten or tortured until they come out with the truth. Whatever the case, at the end of each and every episode, drugs come out.

A few months back, things turned for the worst, as one alleged dealer died, apparently after the Sizok’thola crew visited him. According to a report in City Press, Robert ‘Kicks’ Varrie was declared dead after being interrogated during filming of Sizokuthola. He was then dropped off at the Thelle Mogoerane regional hospital in Vosloorus. Responding to the news, the channel said they were investigating circumstances around the death, and waiting for the autopsy.

In a shocking turn of events, Moja Love have parted ways with Xolani. Without saying much, the channel wished him well in the future.
