Vacancy: Site Manager

One of the most established temporary employment services companies is seeking a Site Manager to join their dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4 qualification
  • HR qualification or HR generalist experience would be an advantage
  • TES industry experience in automotive industry advantageous
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong numeric and verbal reasoning ability
  • Knowledge of CAPTIME/ERS advantageous
  • Own transport and valid Driver’s License essential

The successful applicant will be responsible for, among others, the following functions:

HR/ Operational Management of assignees

  • Recruitment and selection in conjunction with Resource Centre
  • Induction of assignees
  • Industrial Relations
  • Operational shift management
  • Safety, Health and Environment compliance

Administration and Reporting

  • Payroll
  • Reporting
  • Assignee Files

Financial / Commercial Responsibility on client contract

  • Debtors Management
  • Cost Management

Client Relationship Management

  • Understand this key client’s requirements and ensure service delivery compliance to agreed terms.
