Apprenticeships for plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying and electrical
INDUSTRIES EDUCATION AND TRAINING INSTITUTE has funded training opportunities for which we invite you to apply. The training is free for suitable learners and a monthly stipend will be paid. This includes Plumbing, Carpentry,Bricklaying/Plastering and Electrical.

The following criteria are applicable:
Applicants must be available for a 3 year period.
Applicants must have a valid South African identity document.
Applicants may not be in any other skills development programme/project funded by a public institution.
Applicants may not be younger than 16.
Applicants must have a bank account (proof is required) in order to receive a stipend.
Applicants must provide proof of highest school grade achieved and if applicable a post school certificate.
Preference will be given to applicants with a Grade 12 or higher.
If accepted, the following certified documents MUST be attached to an application form:
Learner CV
Proof of residence
One copy of ID / passport photo
Certified COPY of Identity Document
Certified copy of Highest qualification
Learners with a disability and those applying for Apprenticeships: attach a medical certificate. Do not send original documents, attach certified copies.
