Graphic Designer Wanted At Galito’s. This franchise sells flame grilled chicken with massive flavor right through. They are looking for a graphic designer to join their exciting team. The successful applicant will be based in Midrand, Halfway House.

Job Description

• Design Galito’s collateral (including marketing and other designs required by business)
• Liaise with franchisees/field service consultants to determine their requirements and provide guidance to obtain clear instructions and well-written briefs
• Source supplier quotes for printing, promotional items and other business-related material
• Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality
• Ensure that all collateral is delivered to the final destination on time
• Incorporate changes recommended by the marketing manager and incorporating franchisees feedback into the final design
• Manage the photographic library and ensure that all the artwork and image files are filed accordingly on the network/server
• Archiving all work on the server and backed up weekly
• Provide briefing forms for franchisees to complete prior to starting the design job, a copy of the printed brief form should be filled both online and in hard copy
• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining design files, job bags, supplier quotes and processing accounts paperwork
• Have the ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail
• Provide a weekly job status update
• Ability to translate brief into a design independently
• Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients
• Improve final designs to marketing manager’s comments and gain full approval prior to submitting artwork to printers/franchisees
• This role will be subject to other business requests and provide full administrative support to the marketing manager
