Check Out DJ Shimza’s Big Announcement. Ashley Raphala, also known as DJ Shimza’s star is shinning brighter. He has just announced to his followers that he will be joining AND Club ZA. “Proud to announce my residency at AND Club ZA in Newtown JHB every Thursday for the month of November. Do come thru!!” he said.

Shimza is a South African DJ and music producer born in Tembisa, Ekurhuleni. He ventured into House Music as a DJ in 2003 which steered him to win the Red Square DJ Competition in 2006. Dj Shimza was also a mix dj on YFM every Friday evening at 6pm labeled YTKO, he is currently on Metro FM encoring a show with Oskido, is a VJ on Channel O and has done djing workshops for shows like Ones and Twos on SABC 1.
