Administration Clerk Wanted At Media24. Media24 in Western Cape, currently requires the services of an Administration Clerk on a contract basis for 1 month. They seek to appoint a dynamic and energetic individual to assume responsibility as Administration Clerk. The position will be based at their offices in Cape Town.

Main Purpose Of The Role

To provide an efficient administration service to the relevant department in order to facilitate the effective operation of the department.

Minimum Requirements

•Grade 12
•2 years administrative experience
•Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications

•Good written and verbal communication skills

Duties And Responsibilities

•Provide general administrative support to the relevant department
•Provide support in connection with the preparation, collation and distribution of documents
•Perform data capturing as required
•Take receipt of and send faxes and emails on behalf of the department
•May be required to handle telephonic queries on behalf of the department
•Responsible for the filing of all documentation, as well as the maintenance of the filing system
