Thando Thabethe Resigns From Generations: The Legacy
Come February 2018, Generations The Legacy viewers will never see the beautiful and talented Thando Thabethe on their screens. The actress has revealed that she will be leaving the show, after three years with them.
In a statement released by the SABC, Thando says: “My years at Generations: The Legacy has been nothing but amazing. What a privilege it’s been to part of this amazing family. Playing the role of Nolwazi has been nothing short of life-altering. I have learnt so much about myself and the incredible art of acting and I’m forever indebted to the producers, directors, writers, cast and crew and most especially the viewers.”
Thando played the character of Nolwazi Buzo, which quickly became a firm favorite in the story.Generations: The Legacy expressed its sadness over Thando’s departure from the soapie, but wished her well in her other endeavors. Generations creator Mfundi Vundla says Thando is one of South Africa’s most talented TV actors. and we couldn’t agree more.
