Job Details
  • Take full responsibility
  • lead and motivate a team of staff
  • maintain operational controls in line with budgetary requirements
  • Train and develop team of staff
  • Ensure quality of preparations, presentation and service is up to Fedics standards
  • Proactively manage the Q-pro & OSHACT compliance of this unit
  • Ensure all Fedics policies and procedures are complied with
  • Daily HR & IR issues
  • Liaise with clients on a daily basis and oversee customers service
  • responsible for all functions
  • Management of all administration, finances, debtors, budgets , etc.
  • Organise, prepare &co-ordinate upmarket functions
  • Process the Fedics paperwork
  • Compile & understands weekly monthly P & L
  • Relationship building with the client and customers on a daily basis (essential )
  • Ensure purchasing & sales controls are in place & working
  • Excellent food skills
  • Must be able to work long hours and over the weekends should there be a need

Candidate Requirements

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years catering Manager experience essential
  • My Market and minute essential
  • Must be strong in functions and administration
