Job description
We have two vacancies available for ZaPOP’s exciting internship programme where we will allow two students and/or a recently qualified videographer/editor and a graphic designer/animator to join our vibrant digital media team. The internship will enable interns to gain hands-on experience behind the scenes of our exciting projects. During this three-month internship you will gain valuable experience while assisting with the design, production, shooting, editing and creative thinking on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video production: pre-production to post production
• Create storyboards and short lists
• On set lighting
• Design video graphics
• Audio and video editing

Requirements
Videographer/Editor Intern

•Matric (Grade 12)
•Diploma or relevant tertiary education
•Some working experience with Sony Z5e camera, Sony Z1 or equivalent technology
•Working experience with Adobe Premiere Pro CS6, After effects, Photoshop CS6
•On set lighting experience
•Knowledge of different video formats and conversion processes
•Ability to storyboard and conceptualise audio-visual pieces
• Ability to handle and prioritise multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Must be fun, creative and have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
