Kim Engelbrecht Joins The Cast Of The Flash
Kim Engelbrecht is one of the two South African actors who will be joining the cast of The Flash. She and Neil Sandilands will both take on roles in the 4th season of the popular CW series. Engelbrecht will be seen in the role of The Mechanic, a highly intelligent engineer who designs devices for Devoe, whereas her co-star Sandilands will be playing the role of Clifford Devoe, aka The Thinker.
The popular American TV show centres on scientist Barry Allen who acquires super speed through a freak accident and becomes known as the Fastest Man Alive. The Flash has an impressive rating of 94% on the review aggregator website, Rotten Tomatoes.
It’s no the first time the former Isidingo star is making waves on an international forum. She was on the second season of the post-apocalyptic American drama, Dominion where she played sergeant Noma Banks a powerful, duplicitous and sexy soldier who was secretly an angel.
