DJ Sbu Trade Marks The Phrase ‘Vrrrrrpha’
You won’t be blamed for thinking that VW has released the Golf 8 GTI. DJ Sbu has just come up with a great marketing strategy by naming his MoFaya Energy drink ‘Vrrrrrpha.’ This common phrase is slang used to describe a fast car and the sound it makes as it takes off.
“Introducing the brand new VRRRRRPHA Dropping Spring Day 1st September 2017,” Sbu shared on social media. When one sees a Vrrrrrpha on the road they’ll automatically think of MoFaya. Now everyone is going about on social media saying they too can afford a Vrrrrrpha, how smart of Sbu! He also noted that there are 5 r’s in Vrrrrrrpha, for trade mark purposes.
MoFaya, a lemon and orange flavored energy drink, is the baby of DJ Sbu whose aim is to offer black people beverage choices when they open the fridges at their local retailers. He boasts that it will be available nationally at all filling stations come September 1.
