SAMAs Organizing Panel Made A Mistake That Made Musa Sukwene Lose Out On An Award

Musa Sukwene who’s new to the spotlight and have won many hearts with his amazing voice and a hit song ‘Mthande’ that even 3 year olds sing couldn’t get an award due to the mistake or carelessnes of the SAMAs organising panel.

It has been revealed by Sunday World that the committee published Musa’s cellphone number on the SABC flagship channel LiveAmp instead of a 5 digit number of SMS used for public voting.
Musa missed out on the votes due to that reason, his phone went crazy with his fans texting thinking they were voting for him.

SAMAs chairperson Thobela Dlamini said they have apologised to Sukwene’s record label and that they were dealing with it.

SABC Spokesperson said that according to his understanding all the parties met and the matter was resolved.
