Facebook To Launch An App That Lets Users Watch Videos On Television
Do you watch over 10 videos a day that you even end saving others for later because you don’t have enough time? Well Facebook is now coming to your television screens. The new app will soon launch in the next few weeks, it gives Facebook yet another way to reach consumers interested in videos and, most likely another platform to sell video ads
The social network announced that the app will let Samsung TV, Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV users to kick back and watch Facebook videos from the couch. You can save the videos on your device and then watch them on TV later, as well re-watch any videos you’ve uploaded on Facebook
It is clear that Mark Zuckerberg is hell-bent on transforming Facebook into a video destination. The Facebook TV app may not sound interesting, but it is definitely necessary.
