So who would be a culture fit? It’s individuals with customer service and sales as well as graduates. Experience in hospitality or retail is also an advantage and a good ‘fit’ in terms of personality.

Candidates will be reviewed and those selected for an interview will be contacted. We may require multiple interviews before making a final decision and our final candidates will be invited to spend a full day interviewing with a member of the company.

Requirements

• You need to be highly competitive or a top achiever – we need people who do not settle for second best.
• Engaging and enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills who can build relationships.
• Resilient individuals with experience working in challenging environments.
• Sales/customer service background is beneficial but not essential
• You must have at least a Matric or an NQFlevel 4 and a South African ID book.

Remuneration: R5800 – R8200 per month plus commission
