Learnership

(1 year contract) 

Duties:
BR – input & updates with attachment of Visit Reports, customer meeting documents, requests per SA’s and KAMs 

Update RS and sample requests as requested by SA’s and KAMs 

Follow up on samples from internal sampling dept and update SA and KAM 

Submit Value Prop/Rationale to, tasting sheets and TDS to customer with samples to Customer on SA or KAM requests 

Arrange & liaise with courier company for samples. Follow up on samples for delivery confirmation 

Sampling Details 

Receive samples – check codes & expiry dates 

Request relevant documentation via systems 

Inform customer of samples being sent with courier details, update BR with all details 

Pack samples 

Prepare waybill and have parcel available at security for collection from courier company 

Arrange and collate courier quotes for internal and external samples for SA or KAM 

Arrange with internal driver to deliver / collect samples at/from Customers 

Where required ensure the following is available for parcel to be delivered: 

Liaise with Couriers 

Ensure customer receives a professional sample package 

Learn and become proficient on all systems as used by the SA’s 

Ensure that any customer master data changes are made upon instruction by SA’s and actioned only once training is completed & signed off by SA’s for these systems 

Follow through to ensure process is completed and accurate on the system 

Training completed on Atlas customer contacts and ensure system is updated and maintained in terms of contacts only 

Pull TDS, Nutritional Info, Ingredient Lists, MSDS from system as requested 

Customers 

Assist SA’s and KAM’s with any queries for customers as requested 

Save & maintain Customer Visit Reports and all internal and external customer files in customer folders on share drive and in relevant Atlas BR’s 

General 

System for electronic filing for all emails and documents by customer 

Act as back up for the SA’s to answer any client or internal request 

Complete attendance register on a weekly basis and ensure HR personnel receive a copy thereof monthly 

Customer shelf life extension requests – ensure samples are documented and submitted to QC 

Arrange collection of samples for shelf life extensions via courier 

Follow up with QC for completed shelf life documents and submit to customers upon agreeement from SA’s 

Liaise with QC & PID – request certificates, req docs to be completed and forward to customers 

Complaints – assist if necessary and follow up 

Send BBBEE / ISO certificates on request 

Action instructions on visit reports and emails as agreed with SA & KAM 

Office admin, faxing, scanning, mails etc 

Keep updated client list & ensure Client data area is maintained in Atlas (customer contact details) 

Answer switchboard (back up) 

Update Agenda on P drive – for both KAM’s and Sales Assistants 

Pack Christmas / promotional material and send via courier to customers once approved by SA 

Halaal and Kosher list maintained
