Vacancy: Inbound Customer Service Agent

A Leading edge technology organization based in Randburg presents an opportunity in their Inbound Contact Centre. Successful incumbents will be responsible providing good quality customer service to their customers.

Duties:

  • Action customer’s requests
  • Enable and maintain services
  • Adherence to schedule
  • Products and services knowledge (training will be provided)
  • First Call Resolution on customer queries
  • Ensure customer delight
  • Maintain database
  • Maintain customer payment options
  • Educate customers on self-help options

Minimum Requirements:

-Completed Matric

-1 Year Call Center experience

-Customer Service experience

-Flexibility to Shifts: including weekends and public holidays

-8 hour shifts – 7am – 2pm and 3pm – 11pm

Additional requirements:

-Clear ITC

-Clear criminal record
