An Interior Architecture design company offers a full turnkey service of corporate interior design/architecture, furniture and project management solutions.

This Includes discovery, space analysis, planning, design, budget, production, implementation and handover.

Requirements: 
We seek to employ an experienced Receptionist / Team Assistant, who will be reporting to the Director of the company. The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing essential high level administrative support to the team (Design, Project Management and Finance)

Minimum Requirements

Able to multi-task and cope with pressure and deadlines
Proactive and uses his/her own initiative to identify efficiencies or improvements
Professional in his/her dealings with external, as well as internal customers, and demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
Prepare and co-ordinate correspondence
Prepare and collate presentation documents
Answering switchboard and managing reception
Maintain an easy and accessible filing system
Take minutes at meetings as and when required
Organize and manage travels for the team
Filing and archiving
Basic bookkeeping
Manage petty cash
Deliveries of documents, samples and basic site management
General office management and procurement of stationary and office essentials

Must have:
Own transport
Ability to learn quickly
Positive attitude
Attention to detail
Perfectionist

Main requirements are:
Eager to learn

Person who is prepared to start at the bottom and want to learn as much as possible – eager to learn
Hard worker

Drivers license and own vehicle
Must be able to work in Cape Town
Salary:  R3 000 – R7 000
