Statement: Lebo M’s Reason for Divorce Revealed. Many joke that the M on his name stands Marriage, Matrimony, Magadi, and anything related to getting married. This is because Lebo Morake, has said “I Do”, to different ladies a couple of times.
His latest marriage which happened in March 2022, looked like it was going to last. Lebo M and his now estranged wife Pretty Samuels, looked like a match made in heaven. They traveled the world together, did many family events together, celebrated each other among other activities. This past Mothers Day, Lebo M regarded himself the luckiest human alive. The composer added that he wakes up with a smile daily and feels lucky that Pretty chose him to be her husband.
When it comes to matters of the heart, nothing is cast on stone. Just when we thought this time, Lebo M met the love of his life, he is filing for divorce. According to TshisaLIVE, he revealed to them that indeed, he is going ahead with the divorce. He however refrained from talking about what led to this particular divorce, as it is a private family matter.
In new developments, a statement regarding his reason for divorce has been released. According to him, Pretty was in possession of his electronic signature which he fears she may have used for fraudulent life policies under his name.
“Lebo M would like to state on record that Samuels-Morake was in possession of his electronic signature when he was on a European tour from April to 27 June 2023. As his wife, Lebo M gave Samuels-Morake proxy to sign documents on his behalf during his absence. Upon his return, Lebo M requested that Samuels-Morake destroys and deletes it from her PC. This led to an altercation between the two parties, further fuelled by Samuels Morake’s reluctance to sign a sworn affidavit stating that she had destroyed the signature,” part of the statement reads.
