Requirements:
- At least three years’ experience as a senior producer
- Strong management skills
- Experience managing a team
- Preference will be given to an applicant with experience on Youth Shows
- Familiar with current youth trends/culture
- Knowledge of social media platforms and how to maximise their use to promote the shows
- Experience working closely with budgets and contracts and the ability to negotiate with potential sponsors
- Experience on live broadcasts, studio (multicam) operations and procedures
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent people skills
