Key Duties & Responsibilities The successful incumbent would be responsible for the following:
• Accurately processing and reconciling of the cashbook on the prescribed accounting package
•Petty cash payment and processing and reconciling thereof
•Processing of Journal entries
•General accounting up to trial balance
•IDU input for forecasting and budget
•Creating and processing Intergroup invoices
•General admin and filing
• Ad hoc payments on online banking system

Educational Requirements • Min 3 years’ generalist experience in a financial environment
• 3 year relevant financial studies with accounting as a subject
Experience Requirements • Computer literate – HFM, Accpac advantageous
• Financial processes, policies and procedures
• Company finance and budget process and procedures
• Accounting General Commerce and Business
• Knowledge of Value added Tax legislative requirements

Skills & Competencies • Computer literate – HFM, Accpac advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure, excellent attention to detail
• Time Management
• Conceptual/Analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Integrity and honesty
