“I will never stop being an actor- that’s who I am”- Says Katlego Danke
The former Generations star became a mom around a year and a half ago and she says her life has not been the same since but Katlego Danke says she will never stop being an actor. Danke is famous for acting as Dineo Mashaba for about nine years in the soap Generations. The 35-year-old South African actress has won tremendeous awards during her acting career.
The first time mother who gave birth to a baby boy in 2014 is curreblty lighting up our screens as a presenter on the Lotto Powerball draw. Katlego, along with Zizo Beda, Sisa Hewana and Lawrence Maleka weher named as the new Lotto and PowerBall show presenters last year.
Katlego says she’s enjoying her experience on the show, but is not ruling out a possible return to the world of soapies.
The former soap star also said her passion and will always be her first love, she’s excited to be showing off her own personality as a presenter.
“I will never stop being an actor- that’s who I am- but for the time being, and until the right role presents itself, I will continue exploring other opportunities,” she tells us.
