Miss World South Africa Claude Mashego Makes It to Top 23 in the Talent Competition. The 2024 Miss World pageant is currently ongoing and the competition is intense. South Africa doesn’t have to worry though as our representative, Claude Mashego is already standing out.
From the moment she entered India, our beauty queen and medical doctor hit the ground running. Claude mingled with other contestants, taking pictures and networking. She also showed off her impressive fashion sense, rocking outfits from some of the top local designers.
Competition wise, Claude is doing very well as well. A week ago, she made the Top 25 of the Head to Head. With confidence, Claude positioned herself as a world leader having her say on topics that affect the general public. She spoke on the Sustainable Development Goals and the ESG principles. The Top 5 positions went to Botswana, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Lebanon and England
She was also one of six participants who just attended the Tadoba festival as part of the #SavetheTiger campaign. More than a mere celebration of tiger survival, the festival is a beacon of education and inspiration, aiming to galvanize action towards co-existence and conservation.
On more greater news, Claude has just made it to the Top 23 in the Talent Competition. Two more African country in the list, is the neighboring Botswana and Tunisia. The winner in this segment will advance to the Top 40. We wish our queen the very best on this one.
The 71st Miss World competitions held in India, began on the 18th of February , and the main pageant will take place on the 9th of March.
