“Becoming A father Is The Best Thing That Happened To Me This Year’- Says AKA

Now that AKA has had the opportunity to experience fatherhood first hand, he says it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to him. The rapper, who welcomed baby girl Kairo Owethu Forbes with his ex partner Dj Zinhle in July this year, says that being a father has been the ultimate 2015 highlight. The Composure singer revealed this last week in an interview on Club808. We all know that a lot of great things happened this year for AKA, his music career and all but like a proud dad, AKA has his priorities straight.

The word ‘sweet’ and AKA are not usually synonymous but pictures of the star spending time with his daughter are exactly that. Showing that he is a hands-on dad, in the picture below, AKA and his daughter had called it bonding time. Between daddy and daughter, this pic stole our hearts. There’s nothing more beautiful than seeing fathers playing a huge role in their children’s life. Baby Kairo is super blessed!
