4 Major Roles That Nay Maps Has Bagged So Far This Year. Wow, this year is definitely his for the taking. When so many actors are struggling to get jobs, Nkosinathi Maphalala AKA Nay Maps has managed to be cast, not on one, but four roles in major shows.

The talented actor and businessman made a name for himself for playing the role of Mxolisi on Uzalo. After leaving the e.tv drama, he has been bagging role after role in and dominating the entertainment industry. Nay Maps has been on Skeem Saam and The Queen, and more gigs are flowing in.

Little Big Mouth

Nay Maps has just bagged a new role in a Netflix movie, Little Big Mouth. The actor is tarring alongside talented actress and media personality, Amanda du-Pont. In the movie, a playful guitarist kicked out of his band and home, takes refuge with a bookkeeper, her son and dad. The new Netflix film will air on the 20th of October 2021

Umkhokha-Sphamandla

This past Sunday, Nay Maps made his debut on Mzansi magic’s new show Umkhokha. The television drama series revolves around the killing of the leader of a mega-church and the subsequent fight to take over his position. Nay Maps plays the role of Sphamandla on the series.

Muvhango-Tshireletso Tladi

Last month, Nay Maps joined SABC2  hit drama Muvhango. He has been cast to play Tshireletso, a Tswana man born and raised in Pretoria and Limpopo on a Quest to find his heart’s desire. He has already started a relationship with Rendani, and by the look of things, hell is about to break loose.

Imbewu-Zenzele Maphumulo

Zenzele is causing havoc in the already dramatic Imbewu. Maps took over from Mlungisi Shabalala who played the first Zenzele on Imbewu. The character has returned to avenge his brother Lungani Maphumulo and father Nkosana Maphumulo’s death.
