Fish might be one of the healthiest foods but Salmon is different if it’s farmed. This is because the fish are fed unnatural diets are contaminated with chemicals, antibiotics and pesticides. They also live in crowded conditions which result in these fish having more sea lice than wild salmon.

6. Potato Chips
Potato chips have artificial flavors, numerous preservatives and colors as well. They are also high in fat and calories and have excessive sodium levels which can also cause high blood pressure.

7. Hydrogenated oils
Commonly used to preserve processed foods and keep them shelf-stable. But they also alter the structure and flexibility of cell membranes throughout the body which can lead to host of debilitating diseases such as cancer.

8. Processed white flour
Refining grains destroys its natural nutrients and the flour is also bleached to speed the whitening process. White processed flour has very high glycemic rate which is believed to spread cancer cells by feeding the cells directly.

9. GMO’s
Foreign genes that are present in GMO foods transfer to the DNA in the bacteria in our digestive systems which damages the immune systems and per-cancerous cell growths.

10. Red meat
Studies show that eating red meat everyday increases the chances of dying from cancer by 22% for men and 20% for women. Eating a lot of red meat increased the risk of breast, colon and prostate cancer.
