Job description
Idea-listic Events is looking to employ a well groomed, well
mannered, professional go-getter in the position of junior office
assistant.
The successful candidate is required to assist with the following: –
Delivery and collection of promo items/branding, etc. to and
from various suppliers and customers on a daily basis
Responsibility of the following: office vehicle, branding for
events and promo item samples
Assisting in quotations and budgets – for promo items and
events
Assistance at events.

Please note that this is a junior position and the successful
candidate will be required to do a lot of driving.

Idea-listic Events is an events company based in Lonehill,
Fourways.
We arrange various corporate events from golf days, product
launches, sports events, banquet dinners, cocktail parties,
incentives, conferences. We also supply promotional items and
corporate clothing.

Requirements
• Minimum requirements – three year Diploma or Degree and valid
driver’s licence
• Computer literacy – Windows and Microsoft Office, excellent
writing skills, organisation and planning skills, time management,
must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,
multitask, creative, good interpersonal skills, friendly, team player.
Advantageous
• Experience in events or a good understanding of the industry
• Lives in or around the Fourways area
