Could Redi Tlhabi Be Celebrating Malusi Gigaba’s Downfall? The two were involved in a serious twar almost two months ago. Their argument went to an extend that Malusi Gigaba threatened Redi Tlhabi with a defamation lawsuit. The former Home Affairs Minister gave Redi a 17:00 deadline to apologize for her tweets about travel regulation amendments.

Fast forward to today, Redi is yet to apologize and there is no lawsuit as yet. The plot twist in the whole matter is that Malusi Gigaba has just resigned as a Minister. Upon hearing the resignation news, Redi uploaded a picture in which she is sipping wine captioned, “Hey, fellow South Africans, it’s 5 o’ clock.”
