Bonko Khoza Praised for Killing His Recent Serial Killer Role. He is one of the best actors of our time. Bonko Khoza has been cast on a number of roles in his career as an actor, and did an amazing job in all of them.

In 2022 he was awarded the SAFTA Golden Horn for his role as Mqhele on the popular telenovela The Wife. Bonko regarded the win as wildest dream coming true, and gave glory to God. Now he is back with another iconic roles, and by the look of things, more awards are anticipated.

Bonko has been cast in Red Ink, a Showmax series based on Angela Makholwa’s bestseller. The eight-part thriller tells the story of a journalist turned publicist, Lucy Khambule, who is approached by an imprisoned serial killer to tell his story.

SAFTA nominee Nqobile Nunu Khumalo (Nqobile, The Herd) plays Lucy, with Bonko as Napoleon Dingiswayo, nicknamed The Butcher by the media. The all-star cast also includes Kwenzo Ngobo, Abdul Khoza, Nirvana Nokwe-Mseleku, Bongile Mantsai, Lorcia Cooper and Jo-Anne Reyneke, and Tsholofelo Maseko.

Red Ink premiered on Tuesday, and Bonko, is being hailed for slaying the serial killer role.
