Role Title: Front Shop Assistant – Pharmacy
Location: Netcare Sunward Park Hospital
Reporting Structure: Line Manager

Role Summary
The incumbent will be responsible to co-ordinate the Front Shop of the Pharmacy and assume responsibility for the ordering, unpacking and selling of front shop items. The Front Shop Assistant will also be expected to manage the till and increase sales by providing excellent customer service
Key Work Output
• Responsible for the organization of the front shop
• Assisting clients with purchasing add-on items from the front shop – Increase sales
• Assists with the administration duties of retail
Education
• Grade 12
• Must be computer literate
Work Experience
• Previous medical reception experience would be an advantage
• Must have good people and telephone skills
Knowledge
• Knowledge of pharmacy displays
• Knowledge of cash register and cash ups
