The Gauteng Department of Health is looking for Queue Marshals at Jubilee District Hospital (REF-04861)

Requirements:

• Grade 6 or 8 NQF Level 2 Certificates.
• Able to control and maintain order in waiting areas customer skills 3 or 6 months training as care worker.

Duties:

• Control and Maintain order in waiting areas.
• Screen patients in the waiting areas.
• Direct clients to appropriate clinics .
• Welcome patients and visitors .
• Be able to give health talks to waiting times
• Provide clean cups for water.
• Check environment for broken equipment
